as a working mother i do find it harder to care for myself but being a stay at home mother and caring for a veteran husband is a little bit easier on my roles but can also complicate them as well. i have had challenges moving up in the job or getting a little bit more pay because of my child rearing responsibility's. thank you for this article it can open many doors for some company's if they truly wanted to keep the lawsuits off of them.
