I really acpperiate and see valuable insights in all the entries. thank you. I may even encourage life language' by asking a questions to the group like, What is one thing you would like to get better at in your relationships with others?' this could include marriage, parenting, etc what I find when I open it up to a group who might label themselves non-leaders' is that they really do have a desire to improve an interpersonal skill: listening, asking questions, sharing a point of view without having it refined to perfection, etc while i mainly offer AL coaching to senior leaders, i do see this challenge show up with leaders who are not as accomplished' on the AL team.
