The major political parties' nominated candidates for the offices of president and vice president who have less than 60 days to campaign. Yet, millions of voters have moved out of the political party system. The decline of loyalty has made politics less stable and predictable resulting in close elections.
As Baby Boomers have aged over the past 40 years, close and unpredictable elections have increasingly become the norm. The birth of a post-partisan world is a huge opportunity for boomers to step up to political leadership beginning on November 5.
